The location is excellent, with many restaurants and night markets within walking distance. The beds were comfy, and I enjoyed using the pool multiple times a day. the rooms felt a bit small, and I encountered quite a few mosquitoes during my stay. Wifi was somewhat unreliable, with the best connection near the pool area.

great location near tha phae gate and some good massage spots. lovely staff, they helped me out with my pillow when i said it was uncomfortable. the pools are nice and there’s enough space to chill. definitely got a reasonable price considering the area. overall, it’s a decent place for a solo traveler!
the breakfast could be better and the rooms feel a bit outdated. also, the noise from outside sometimes interrupts your sleep.

nothing bad to say about this property, 2 lovely pools with lots of space and loungers to sunbathe by. the rooms were nice, with fridge, aircon, fan and a small balcony. they even put mesh over the windows so bugs weren’t a problem. it’s in an excellent location for exploring the old town and night markets. best value we found for our stay!
the breakfast options could be better, and there was some noise from nearby streets at night.

During my stay, I was delighted by how bright and spacious the room felt. It had all the amenities I needed, and I appreciated the thick walls that helped block out the noise from the lively area outside. I was also happy to find a 7-11 just across the street for convenience. The location was a major plus, with attractions like the Chiang Mai City Arts and Cultural Centre and the Tha Phae Gate within a short walking distance, making it easy to explore the local culture.

Is it really that good? my take
Great staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful, with strategic location offering easy access to markets. Comfy rooms needed better bedding options! !
Although the room showed signs of age, the space was kept clean, providing daily housekeeping service.

Unfortunately, the shower pressure was quite disappointing. it felt weak and affected my morning routine. I noticed quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which made it uncomfortable at times. Lastly, while the location was central, the noise from nearby nightlife disrupted my sleep on several occasions.
